The Orpyx Mask production facility came out of a partnership between Orpyx Medical Technologies + Fidelity Machine & Mold Solutions in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. With a global shortage of personal protective equipment, time was short and hitting the deadline was critical and the impossibly short 5 week timeline reflected that.

With one week from concept to Building Permit submission, and only  four weeks of construction time, the team transformed a rundown warehouse bay into a mask production facility complete with an ISO 9000 cleanroom, front end office space, and storage warehouse.
